Wat Chulamanee is considered the oldest temple in Phitsanulok, predating many Sukhothai-era structures. Its laterite prang (Khmer-style tower) features elaborate stucco decorations, and the temple remains an active monastery with a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere.
